Building on its tradition of caring for those in need, St Vincent’s Brisbane has recently extended its leadership role with the opening of three new contemporary wards, a fully equipped gymnasium and occupational therapy unit.  The hospital is medically focused, meeting the needs of many within our community in a purpose built, state of art hospital that caters for the following medical specialties:

• Rehabilitation
• Palliative Care – including homecare, family support and day programs
• Medicine – General Medicine, Neurosciences & Acute Geriatric Medicine
• Pain Management
• Transitional Care

Each of these specialty areas of medicine, have synergies which enhance our dedication to improving patient treatments, comfort and care.  Our facilities and services now cater for a wide range of disease, chronic illness or injury related problems for everyone from the young adult through to the elderly.  We are also well supported with a comprehensive medical imaging service, pharmacy service pathology services and EEG services.
